Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and lead teams effectively
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to integrate functions and define system enhancements
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes
• Provide expertise and ensure designs adhere to architecture blueprint
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and controls
