Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new and revised application systems within the Technology group.

The role focuses on systems analysis, programming, and delivering projects across the full software lifecycle, with emphasis on collaborating with business users and senior stakeholders to meet critical goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Knowledge of consulting or project management methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates and IT planning.
• Monitor all phases of the development process from analysis to implementation.
• Provide user and operational support for business users.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis.
• Advise users and other technology groups on complex technical solutions.
