Qualifications

• Associate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Design, develop, implement IT applications.
• Lead projects and mentor staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of system functionality to implement new applications and modules.
• Define user requirements and tailor systems to meet needs.
• Build and configure systems using application tools.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in testing.
• Provide on-call support outside business hours.
• Lead small to medium projects with oversight.
• Collaborate with vendor support and user groups.
• Provide training and cross-training for coverage.
