Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst III/Sr to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights. You will design and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions with a focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy.

Roles include providing guidance, documenting architectures, and communicating findings to diverse audiences. Remote work is considered, with candidates in the United States preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, BI, data analytics, or related area.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration.
• Strong SQL experience including functions, stored procedures, RLS, and ABAC.
• Experience with or working knowledge of Data lakes and modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R and Salesforce.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate analysis, and streamline documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to address moderately complex business and technical challenges.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and insights.
• Design, develop, and analyze data solutions to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics with focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users, including office hours and troubleshooting.
• Document solution architecture, data models, designs, processes, and development standards.
• Communicate designs, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work independently while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver requirements.
