Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; relevant experience may substitute. Six+ years programming and systems analysis experience.
• Experience with data management methodologies on one or more platforms used by the organization.
• Proficiency in SQL, .NET, Visual Basic, or C#.
• Experience with current versions of Microsoft SQL Server and related tools (SSIS, SSRS).
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and project management for computer systems supporting financial, clinical, and administrative functions.
• Analyze system requirements, evaluate processes, and contribute to design, development, testing, implementation, and operation of technology solutions.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and monitor major or complex systems assignments, including programming work, to ensure timely completion.
• Offer technical guidance and coordinate with teams to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Develop, modify, and maintain programs and system components using appropriate languages, databases, and platforms.
