Inn-Flow is seeking an Application Support Engineer (Level 3) to provide backend-focused support for enterprise applications. The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting of production issues, optimizing SQL objects, and ensuring system stability.

Occasional customer interaction may be required to resolve issues promptly. You will work with SQL Server, .NET, and React across the stack, monitor performance, and collaborate with development teams to implement durable fixes.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in application or production support
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Advanced SQL troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
• Exposure to .NET and React applications, with the ability to read code and trace issues

Mansioni

• Provide Level 3 application support for enterprise systems
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues
• Analyze and optimize existing SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes
• Perform controlled data validation and corrections in SQL Server
• Diagnose issues across the full application stack — SQL Server, .NET, and React
• Monitor application and database performance and drive root cause analysis
• Partner with development teams on defect resolution and long-term fixes
• Occasionally engage with customers to clarify issues and communicate resolutions
• Document root causes, permanent fixes, and support procedures
