Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and backend SQL.
• 8-10+ years of experience supporting database applications across multiple databases (SQL Server, Sybase, PostgreSQL).
• 3rd line support experience with incident management and escalation to resolve complex issues.
• Strong debugging of SQL queries, procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Experience with AWS cloud-native architecture for database hosting and management.
• Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day production support activities for critical systems.
• Diagnose, solve, and resolve complex technical issues beyond first/second-line support.
• Collaborate with technology teams and business users on data workflows and interactions.
• Partner with 3rd Line Support Manager and internal/external collaborators.
• Manage and resolve issues within Index Platforms using AWS cloud-native architecture.
• Deliver long-term fixes for multi-database applications and manage incident response.
