Cache Creek is seeking a Senior IT Engineer of Application Support to install, configure, and maintain business applications, ensuring they run at peak performance and are patched promptly.

You will troubleshoot issues, monitor SLAs, and work with peers and vendors, participate in on-call rotations, and help define SOPs and run books to support smooth operations. This role requires strong technical and communication skills and a commitment to security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; three years of IT engineering experience, or equivalent.
• Gaming and Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain assigned business applications.
• Proactively address known application issues; collaborate with peers and vendors to resolve.
• Address issues within SLAs; provide status and resolution details via ServiceNow.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 support.
• Deliver service requests within SLAs; support capital projects.
• Ensure applications are installed and patched per security best practices.
• Define and operationalize SOPs and run books; mentor Help Desk Technicians.
