Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Senior IT Engineer of Application Support to lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software powering business operations. You will ensure systems stay current, perform at optimal levels, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with rotating on-call 24/7 coverage, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and contribute to service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Three years IT Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Gaming and Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software that carries out business operations.
• Keep applications up to date and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with vendors and peers; participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
• Define SOPs and run books; monitor application performance metrics.
