Integrity, LLC is seeking an IT Support & Applications Technician to design, develop, maintain, and support internal business applications, websites, integrations, and technology solutions. Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in software development, application support, web development, or similar technical role preferred.
Experience developing and maintaining web applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications, business systems, and APIs.
Develop new functionality and enhancements based on business and user requirements.
Write, review, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern development practices.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Create and consume RESTful APIs and integrate internal and third‑party systems.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
Utilize source control and deployment tools to manage application releases and code changes.
Investigate and resolve application defects, software bugs, and production issues.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for internally developed applications.
Monitor application functionality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Assist with deployment validation, post‑release testing, and production support activities.
Gather business requirements and participate in developing scopes of work for technology initiatives.
Perform manual and functional testing to ensure software quality and performance.
Document system functionality, technical specifications, processes, and application changes.
Conduct user demonstrations and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions.
Provide support for user account administration, software installations, and workstation‑related issues as needed.
