The Senior Quality Software Engineer builds the framework for automation of QA services to ensure delivery meets service level metrics and influences the development practices throughout the lifecycle. Supports and may lead initiatives including multiple features and applications involving highly integrated design and architecture. Demonstrates knowledge of solutions within multiple domain(s) product(s) or service(s). Plans, delivers and manages QE services.

• Makes proactive decisions that translate direction into specific actions
• Issues are escalated to Technology Management. Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Communicates with Management and may communicate to Technology Leadership, on status issues and decisions to influence outcomes
• Leads meetings with partners to gain alignment and understanding
• Provides guidance to less experienced team members
• Creates and delivers presentations and communications to peers
This role is primarily remote-based within the continental United States, with proximity to a major airport. Candidates must be able to travel for business, including to our Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office.
