Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Role Summary: The Senior Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the health of all Direct Bank applications and Azure DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Azure DevOps environments, configure CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and manage Azure DevOps tasks.
• Support infrastructure components such as load balancers, servers, databases, and network connections, including vulnerability remediation.
• Provide Production Support: handle ServiceNow tickets, analyze root causes, resolve incidents, and monitor systems.
• Support application deployment, testing, and rollout, including code/config updates.
• Assist with internal procedures like audits, access management, and risk governance.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.

Preferred: 5 years' experience with Azure DevOps deploying to Windows and Kubernetes.

Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on Azure DevOps configuration and release management.
• Understanding of application infrastructure components.
• Experience with monitoring tools like DynaTrace and Splunk.
• SQL skills for debugging and querying.
• Knowledge of banking operations or technical skills is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow and supporting both in-house and SaaS applications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours on a rotation basis.

Additional Information

The role is full-time, mid-senior level, with a salary range of $95,000 to $127,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits are included as part of the total compensation package.
