Job summary

Paciolan is seeking a skilled and client-focused Senior Application Specialist to serve as a key technical resource for our customers. In this role, you will ensure clients understand and utilize Paciolan’s products, delivering exceptional support and guidance.

You will work closely with the Customer Service team to manage individual caseloads, collaborate with cross-functional, client-facing groups, and provide insights to Product and Development to inform ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Paciolan ticketing products (2+ years).
• Background in a university athletic department, arts organization, or arena using Paciolan software.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and Paciolan applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with moderate to minimal supervision and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline technical support via phone to triage and resolve client inquiries.
• Participate in rotating after-hours support to ensure continuity of service.
• Troubleshoot product functionality and database inquiries across the Paciolan product suite.
• Interpret reporting tools and document requirements for custom reports.
• Maintain internal docs and client-facing knowledge base; lead knowledge sessions.
• Support pre-release testing by validating new features before deployment.
