Learfield is seeking a Senior Application Specialist to provide frontline technical support and subject-matter expertise for Paciolan’s ticketing products. You will handle client inquiries by phone, participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to data reporting and internal knowledge resources. A background in university athletics or arena operations is preferred.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in university athletics, arts organizations, or arenas using Paciolan software.
• 2+ years with Paciolan ticketing products.
• Strong customer-centric, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline technical support via phone (~75%).
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues related to product functionality and database inquiries.
• Interpret and explain standard reporting tools, document requirements for customized reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and client-facing knowledge base content.
• Support pre-release testing by validating new features and functionality.
