Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and securing software with hands-on security work.
• Strong experience securing backend systems, web apps, and APIs.
• Proven threat modeling, security architecture or design reviews, vulnerability assessments.
• Hands-on experience securing JavaScript-based applications (Node.js/React/React Native).
• Strong coding skills and ability to work with engineers to implement secure solutions.
• Knowledge of web/mobile security principles, attack vectors and mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate vulnerabilities from bug bounty reports, assess root causes and remediation paths.
• Collaborate with ethical hackers and product teams to resolve issues.
• Document vulnerabilities clearly for engineering prioritization and remediation.
• Write production-grade code to support security initiatives and remediation.
• Develop AI-powered security tooling that aids vulnerability analysis and remediation.
• Lead security reviews, threat modeling, testing, and secure design for new features.
