Qualifications

• Senior-level hands-on development and technical leadership for mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Experience maintaining production applications with complex interfaces and data exchanges.
• Ability to troubleshoot across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on Senior Application Developer and Technical Lead for enterprise apps.
• Maintain, enhance, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and provide production support.
• Analyze architecture, source code, interfaces, databases, batch processes, and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot complex production and interface issues across systems.
• Support highly available production systems and incident resolution.
• Design and implement enhancements and new functionality.
• Coordinate data exchange between multiple government systems.
• Maintain message brokers, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Support Oracle DB applications, stored procedures, and SQL/PLSQL performance.
• Provide architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to teammates.
