Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Materials Engineer – Product Development to lead development and commercialization of advanced materials, including plastics, thermosets, composites, coatings, and metals. You will work from concept through production, gaining hands-on experience in polymer processing, design, materials development, testing, and failure analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical, Materials, Polymer, or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, Polymer, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience with plastics, polymers, materials, product design, or plastics processing.
• Knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset materials, testing, and failure analysis.
• FEA/CAE tools experience a plus (Abaqus/ANSYS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate new products, materials, and components.
• Support product design from concept through commercialization and production.
• Develop polymer formulations and evaluate material performance.
• Coordinate prototyping, testing, validation, and pilot production.
• Lead cross‑functional design reviews and prepare technical documentation.
