Qualifications

• Bachelors in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years in metal cutting or manufacturing field.
• Experience with OEM machine tool builders preferred.
• Experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Proficient at identifying and assessing customer needs.
• Capable of communicating all products and technical information.
• Understands complex contract conditions.
• Independent and self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, sales) for projects.
• Match Kennametal tooling solutions to customer requirements.
• Exceed service levels with technical know-how and value-added services.
• Perform sales forecasting, account planning and administrative tasks for growth.
• Leverage company resources for project success.
• Maintain high-value relationships to expand market share.
