You will collaborate with OEMs and internal functions, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in application or design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding seat design.
• Lead discovery activities, including requirements clarification, engineering reviews, and project scoping discussions.
• Review specifications and prepare technical proposals with feasibility estimates.
• Translate requirements into engineering drawings and specs for seat assemblies.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Support product development cycles, including design validation, prototypes, and launch readiness.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations for design feasibility and performance.
• Prepare presentations and maintain project documentation.
