Job summary
IDEXX is seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, build and manage data and inference pipelines, ML classification and clinical insights apps. You will join a Scrum team of engineers and data scientists, collaborating with data assets and delivering high-impact veterinary care solutions.

Qualifications
- Proficiency with AWS and other major cloud providers (AWS preferred).
- Proficiency with Databricks and data platforms.
- Proficiency with Python, PySpark, Spark.
- Proficiency with AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, S3.
- Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with ML model building and inference.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
- Experience with Terraform for IaC.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack and MS Teams.
- Familiarity with Snowflake; knowledge of DDD is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly; capable of mentoring teammates.
Responsibilities
- Be a senior member delivering capabilities and contributing to strategy.
- Drive innovation in technology, processes and development practices.
- Work in an Agile Scrum team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Partner with Architects, Developers, Data QA, DevOps, POs and Scrum Masters across locations.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and QA teammates.
