Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 7+ years experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
• Prior project architect and/or team lead experience
• Passion for improving consumer experiences
• At least 3 years experience with AI, cloud platforms, and HR SaaS
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, and software engineering practices
• Experience designing enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps
• Familiarity with security-by-design, IAM, data protection, and secure coding
• Ability to create architecture artifacts (diagrams, specifications, decision records, roadmaps)
