Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 7+ years as a senior developer on large IT projects.
• Prior project architect and/or team lead experience.
• Experience with AI, cloud platforms and HR SaaS apps (≥3 years).
• Ability to design enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with security-by-design principles, IAM, data protection, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, decision records and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
• Develop specifications for new products, applications and service offerings.
• Assess compatibility and integration of products/services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications.
• Influence department strategy and make decisions on moderately to complex technical approaches.
• Produce architecture artifacts such as diagrams, specs, decision records, and roadmaps.
