- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC for large systems is beneficial.
- MS products (Visual Studio, Visio, .NET Framework, SQL, Power BI) experience.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document critical business requirements from state agencies.
- Communicate regularly with leadership, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate plans for system testing, QA, and user acceptance testing.
- Translate business requirements into software requirements and artifacts.
- Assist in data modeling, design data flows, and identify patterns for business context.
