The role requires strong leadership, project management, and Epic/EHR knowledge, with a focus on delivering reliable application services and supporting strategic department objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ IT or clinical or business workflow experience.
• Experience supporting large scale clinical, ancillary or business environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor analysts; train junior staff.
• Provide expert support and configuration of applications and manage change.
• Coordinate with management to drive process improvements and ensure quality delivery.
