Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years in IT or clinical/business workflow.
• Experience supporting large-scale clinical or business environments.
• Epic certification must be maintained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between work teams and departments.
• Facilitates team and client meetings and delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
• Serves as role model and mentor to other team members and may train newly onboarded or more junior staff.
• Oversees and monitors large-scale IT projects and ensures high availability of applications.
• Creates custom configurations or solutions to improve processes and workflows.
