Job summary
Data Systems Analysts, Inc. seeks a Leads Appian developer to drive low-code design, development, modernization, and sustainment, enhancing contract writing and related business processes.
The role requires 10 years in software engineering with at least 5 years of hands-on Appian development, plus deep enterprise Appian experience and cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure). AI concepts are a plus, and mentoring is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- 10 years of software engineering with at least 5 years Appian hands-on experience.
- Deep experience delivering Appian applications in enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate epics and user stories into scalable workflows, interfaces, process models, and integrations.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, testing support, release coordination, and production sustainment.
- Experience mentoring developers and enforcing Appian best practices.
- Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of AWS and Azure.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead Appian solution design and development activities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.
- Guide modernization of legacy capabilities into Appian.
- Coordinate with architects, testers, and DevSecOps personnel to support successful delivery and sustainment.
