Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a seasoned low-code/no-code solution engineer to lead the development and management of Appian platforms, guiding teams from design through production. You will translate client IT needs into architectural plans and implement best practices for cloud modernization.

Ideal candidates have extensive Agile experience, strong Appian proficiency, and a track record in project management and mentoring within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods.
• 8+ years of experience using Appian low-code/no-code platforms, and developing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps.
• 3+ years of experience managing Appian development projects from design to production.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management and leading agile development teams.
• Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
