Nike, Inc. Beaverton, OR seeks a Senior Technical Designer to provide technical leadership across apparel development, defining fit, pattern, and construction foundations that enable consistency and quality across products and seasons.

You will collaborate across functions, set standards for fit and grading, and validate designs using 3D tools and data, mentoring teammates and driving scalable solutions from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Expertise in apparel fit, pattern development, grading, and construction systems.
• Experience defining foundational fit or pattern platforms adopted across products.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and mentor others.
• Ability to use data and validation to inform technical decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across apparel development, defining and evolving fit, pattern, and construction foundations
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish and maintain fit, sizing, construction standards
• Validate technical solutions using consumer and athlete insights, testing, data
• Create and maintain specifications, libraries, and tools for downstream product teams
• Support digital product creation through virtual fit and construction validation using 3D tools
