Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Accessories/Equipment Design.
  • Ability to set inspiring creative direction through visual research and storytelling.
  • Portfolio demonstrating collection building and innovative product design.
  • Strong material knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative designs for Performance and Lifestyle product lines.
  • Partner with product management and merchandising to land new design solutions.
  • Provide prototype sampling and tech pack information including fabrication and construction details.
  • Monitor development of prototypes with Design, Development, and Sample Room teams.
