Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in apparel design or related field; suitable education/experience mix accepted.
• 5+ years of apparel product design experience, preferably in performance, streetwear, or lifestyle.
• Advanced digital design capabilities on Mac; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CLO, and Vizcom AI tools.
• Experience designing for international markets, especially North America.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative design for apparel cut‑and‑sew products across Nike and Jordan in North America.
• Translate seasonal direction, consumer insights, and marketplace trends into product narratives.
• Use color, materials, trims, and hardware to create a premium brand POV while meeting cost targets.
• Collaborate with apparel, graphic, footwear, product management, development, and pattern teams to move concepts to execution.
• Monitor prototype development and support timely completion of each project.
• Collaborate with Footwear partners to ensure cohesive head‑to‑toe expressions.
