Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• Strong skills in hand drawing/sketching, illustration and presentation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate on iPad.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, textiles and trims.
• Experience translating consumer insights into product concepts.
• Leadership ability to inspire and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts and create original, story-driven designs.
• Develop concepts, mood boards and design worlds for collections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Graphics, Color, Materials, Product Management and Merchandising.
• Oversee design process from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and feasibility.
• Communicate design rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
