Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly organized Senior Associate to support domestic apparel product development from sampling through production, managing sample yardage, trims, and data integrity across PLM/PIM systems. You will act as a cross-functional partner with design, merchandising, pattern making, and production teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring on-time fit samples, maintaining development trackers, coordinating with vendors, and providing clear status updates to PD and Production

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product development, production, and/or sourcing within fashion/apparel.
• Strong understanding of trims and woven fabrics.
• Experience maintaining fabric and trim libraries.
• Knowledge of development and production timelines from sampling through delivery.
• Vendor communication and follow-up experience.
• Strong data-entry and tracker-management skills.
• Working knowledge of PLM systems, POs, and BOMs.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and problem-solving mindset.
• Autonomy and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Own sample yardage, trim requests, and Recut PP processes end to end.
• Drive on-time fit sample completion and development timelines.
• Track priorities and milestones across styles, flagging risks.
• Partner with Design, Merchandising, Pattern Makers, Sample Room, R&D, Purchasing, and Production.
• Maintain PLM (Centric), PIM, BOMs, development status, and shared trackers.
• Prepare for and support fittings with accurate materials and updates.
• Own sample readiness and review processes.
• Provide status updates and risk flags in PD and Production meetings.
• Collaborate with R&D and Purchasing on deadstock materials.
• Place time-sensitive orders and follow up on materials.
• Maintain documentation through all development stages.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support workflow/tool improvements.
• Coordinate artwork between Design and external print houses.
• Coordinate sample movement, file transfers, and vendor scheduling.
• Provide clear technical direction to ensure design comments are executed correctly.
