Job summary

Noi Solutions, LLC. seeks a Sr. Product Development & Production Coordinator to drive apparel development from concept through delivery.

You will work with mills and factories to steward fabric, trims, and garments, ensuring accurate data and timely approvals. The role requires strong MS Excel skills and meticulous project coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate daily factory communications, support client sampling approvals, and track pre-production submissions to help us

Qualifications

• 5+ years related apparel development experience; preferably in Men’s, Women’s or Children’s Cut & Sew Knits.
• Experience with fabric development and trim development with mills, factories, wash houses.
• Knowledge of children’s clothing regulations preferred.
• Advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product development and production from design pass-off to shipment.
• Collaborate with mills, factories, wash houses, and trim suppliers on development.
• Maintain trackers and WIP reports, ensure data integrity.
• Analyze tracking reports for season completion and escalate issues.
• Coordinate daily communication with factories to ensure alignment.
• Manage on-time delivery through approvals of components per calendar.
• Provide timely updates to clients on sampling and submissions.
