Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Product Development & Production Specialist to move premium lifestyle apparel from concept to delivery. You will coordinate samples, manage specifications in PLM, and partner with design on construction and fabrics.

You’ll liaise with suppliers, track production timelines, and help maintain margin goals across domestic and international partners. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in apparel development, experience with ERP and PLM, and strong Excel/visual tools skills,

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience developing apparel and supporting bulk manufacturing.
Experience creating product records and placing orders through an ERP system; familiarity with Goodday is preferred.
Knowledge of PLM tools, product specifications, and material documentation.
Experience using AI integrations to improve operational workflows and communication.
Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and production tracking.
Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop for reviewing and marking up designs.
Understanding of garment fit, construction, performance fabrics, trims, and embellishment methods.
Experience working directly with factories and material suppliers.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate apparel samples through development and pre-production, tracking fit and quality feedback.
Maintain product specifications, material records, and development details in PLM software.
Work with design partners on construction, fabric choices, and cost considerations.
Research fabrics, trims, and construction methods that support performance and sustainability goals.
Set up product records and manage bulk orders in the company’s ERP platform.
Track approvals, manufacturing progress, and shipping dates against seasonal deadlines.
Communicate with domestic and international suppliers to address issues and maintain quality.
Review manufacturing costs and help keep products on target for margin goals.
