Job summary

Panoramic Health is seeking an experienced APP Program Director to lead, connect, and elevate APPs across practice sites in Kentucky. You will standardize protocols, onboarding, and education, and partner with leadership on recruitment and platform expansion.

With 5+ years of specialty APP leadership, you will design mentorship programs, oversee compliance, and drive regional collaboration to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• NP or PA credential with active license.
• Advanced clinical degree or certification required.
• 5+ years of specialty practice with leadership experience.
• Multi-site, platform, or geographically distributed practice preferred.
• Ongoing CME and specialty education required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as APP liaison to physician and operational leadership across sites.
• Chair APP Council and lead regional representatives meetings.
• Design and deliver recurring APP education program and CME opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and mentorship pathways for incoming APPs.
• Establish standard clinical protocols across APP settings.
