Job summary

Panoramic Health seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to lead the APP program across its nephrology network. Reporting to the CMO, this senior leader will drive onboarding, education, mentorship, clinical standardization, recruitment, and provider engagement.

The role serves as the primary APP liaison to physician and operational leadership, championing standardized protocols and scalable education. A national platform expansion is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty practice experience.
• Experience as a senior NP or PA with leadership/education responsibilities.
• Multi-site or distributed practice experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with recruiting/provider growth teams and NP/PA school programs.
• Nephrology or related specialty care experience preferred.
• Ability to design education, onboarding, CME and protocol training.

Responsibilities

• Bridge APPs with physician/leadership at multiple sites.
• Chairs APP Council and leads regional meetings.
• Designs and delivers recurring APP education programs.
• Leads onboarding and mentorship pathways for APPs.
• Establishes standardized clinical protocols across sites.
• Monitors APP quality metrics and drives improvement.
• Oversees APP documentation standards and billing compliance.
• Partners with Provider Growth on recruitment and expansion.
• Cultivates relationships with NP/PA programs for pipeline.
• Facilitates cross-site meetings and real-time clinical support.
