Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program or higher nursing degree.
• Nurse practitioner license in Pennsylvania or equivalent multi-state licensure.
• Board certification from AANP or ANCC is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs APP clinical activities and supervises staff within the department.
• Manages clinical program execution and department operations.
• Participates in hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and key financial/revenue metrics.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and CME education for APPs.

Education

ARC-PA accredited program

Master’s or post-Master’s Degree in Nursing

Current Pennsylvania PA License or PA CRNP License and PA RN License

NBNP/ANCC/AANP board certification

1 year of clinical experience
