University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, Inc. seeks an Advanced Practice Provider III (APP III) to deliver direct patient care under physician supervision in Florida/Georgia.

The role spans subspecialty outpatient and/or inpatient settings, with possible NICU involvement and procedures as needed. The APP III will assess patients, develop care plans, order/interpret tests, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the care team to manage high-acuity cases.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of outpatient/inpatient experience.
• Masters Nurse Practitioner required or Masters Physician Assistant Program required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required at time of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate referrals.
• Assist with procedures and management of devices within scope of practice.
• Develop comprehensive health management plans for patients in collaboration with physicians and other professionals.
• Enter clinical information accurately in the medical record and update EMR per guidelines.
• Call coverage may be required per departmental needs.
