Job summary

UF Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider III (APP III) licensed in Florida and/or Georgia to deliver high-level patient care in subspecialty outpatient and inpatient settings, with potential NICU involvement. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and a comprehensive approach to care.

The APP will develop treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostics, and participate in discharge planning, while traveling up to 25% to support multiple UF Health facilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of outpatient/inpatient experience.
• Masters degree: NP or PA required.
• Florida and/or Georgia license required at hire.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate referrals.
• Perform procedures and manage high-acuity patients.
• Document in EMR per guidelines and ensure accurate charting.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and other professionals to optimize care.
