Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Technical Analyst IV– Systems Integration to help shape enterprise API integration. This role productizes APIs, improves design and security, and empowers teams and customers through resilient, customer-centric technology.

You will work closely with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable API products and leverage AI in a modern delivery framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations.
• Demonstrated capability and learning agility.
• APIs and systems integration: hands-on experience with API specs, request/response payloads, status codes, and integration behaviors.
• Data mapping: source-to-target mappings and data requirement definitions across systems.
• Integration troubleshooting and dependency management with engineering teams and partners.
• AI-enabled analysis and delivery: experience with generative AI or AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Product Owner to shape and deliver API capabilities aligned to product priorities.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear requirements, rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discovery and refinement to clarify solution intent and align teams before build.
• Analyze API, system, and data dependencies and balance value, experience, architecture, risk and delivery speed.
• Collaborate across product and engineering to validate requirements and solution behavior through the lifecycle.
