Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Systems Analyst II to analyze, optimize, and execute key technology for its multi-brand ecosystem. You will independently solve complex problems, design data models across sources, and deliver platform integrations to boost business growth.

You will work with internal teams and offshore development to implement service changes and enhance scalability, driving data-informed decisions and operational improvements across the company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, technical requirements gathering, project management, and business process optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience using SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate large datasets, paired with coding in a general-purpose language (e.g., Python).
• Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP) and understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Structured communication to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating project work across cross-functional teams and offshore development (India time zones).

Responsibilities

• Liaise across business units, development teams, vendors, and technology partners.
• Evaluate data from multiple sources, surface dependencies, decompose requirements into specifications.
• Design data models across sources to deliver clear data insights for decisions.
• Coordinate and execute small-to-midsize platform integration projects (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
• Lead root cause analysis for operational incidents, organize UAT, ensure consistent data interpretation.
• Develop technical tools and documentation to expedite partner onboarding and improve product serviceability.
