Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, Bank Operations, or equivalent.
• Experience analyzing complex business and technical needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows across systems.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analysis and delivery methods is valued.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver API capabilities aligned to product priorities and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discovery to clarify intent and align teams before build.
• Analyze API, system, and data dependencies and balance value, risk, and speed.
• Mentor analysts and promote AI-enabled, modern delivery practices.
