Job summary

Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst to own API, integration, and end-to-end testing across enterprise and customer-facing applications.

You will collaborate with Development, Product, and Quality Engineering to improve release confidence and ensure reliable systems and data across critical workflows. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, strong analytical skills, and leadership in QA practices, with remote work and occasional visits to Palmyra, Wisconsin

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including API testing
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications, integrations, and end-to-end workflows
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery practices

Responsibilities

• Own API test strategy, coverage, and maintenance; validate REST and SOAP services using Postman/Swagger/OpenAPI
• Translate business requirements into clear test plans, scenarios, and traceable coverage; execute end-to-end testing across workflows
• Validate system-to-system integrations and data exchanges across enterprise platforms
• Lead QA standards, defect prevention, and risk-based testing; mentor team members
• Identify automation candidates and collaborate with SDETs to improve automation coverage
