Jobot is a fully remote B2B SaaS company seeking a seasoned Sr Product Manager to drive vision, strategy, design, and execution of innovative products. You will shape product roadmaps, write precise requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-ready solutions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product management, strong API/AI familiarity, and excellent communication. This is a remote role offering benefits and multiple campaigns across the company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Solid technical background with APIs, workflows, AI, and mockups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ideation, development, and launch of innovative products.
• Define and manage product strategies, vision, benefits, and features.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for specs and architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver to market.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among user experience, performance, and support load.
• Drive data-informed decisions using user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
