Vantor is seeking an API/Java/Python Developer in our Intel sector to advance national security through cutting edge technology. You will design, develop, test, and deploy robust APIs and applications using Java and Python, with RESTful services and microservices.

A Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility is required, plus experience with cloud platforms and containerization. The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong security practices, and ongoing maintenance of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python and frameworks (Spring Boot, Flask, Django).
• Strong understanding of API architectures (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and API tools (Postman, Swagger UI).
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git version control.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust applications and APIs in Java and Python.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices with secure communication.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA for requirements and integration.
• Optimize performance and security; implement API authentication best practices.
• Optional cloud integration using AWS/Azure for cloud-native deployments.
