Job summary

Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a Partner Integrations Lead for our Home Improvement platform in a hybrid SF/Atlanta setting. You will own API integrations, manage partner onboarding, and translate technical requirements between partners and internal teams.

You will serve as the primary product SME, drive integration pipelines, triage production issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of work experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex technical integrations.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and OAuth/API key patterns.
• Home Improvement financing domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main SME for Home Improvement integrations and APIs.
• Manage partner onboarding, integration pipelines, and QA/UAT.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Engineering.
• Lead incident response for production integration issues.
