Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Enablement Practitioner to lead technical engagements in CCaaS environments. You will design, configure, and troubleshoot production integrations, with ownership of delivery from start to finish alongside Technical Success Managers.

You will leverage deep API and data model know-how, perform health checks, and run workshops to drive platform optimization and advanced feature adoption across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in CCaaS post-sales, professional services, or solutions engineering with hands-on integration design and delivery.
• Proven ability to walk through data models, API calls, failure modes, and automation workflows.
• Experience designing API calls, retry/error handling, and CCaaS scripting platforms.
• Knowledge of middleware/iPaaS with MuleSoft or Boomi in CCaaS contexts and recovery of failed integrations.
• Relevant platform certifications preferred (RingCentral, NICE CXone, Genesys, Five9, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Act as pull-in specialist for TSMs on complex configurations and API integration architecture.
• Lead focused, time-bound customer discovery sessions and design workshops with written findings.
• Assess deployment health against business requirements and identify gaps and risks.
• Consult on complex scenarios including API reviews and CRM/ERP integration patterns.
• Present technical findings to technical leads and senior stakeholders.
• Document recurring product gaps and provide structured feedback to product teams.
