Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Sr. Customer Enablement Practitioner to lead hands‑on integrations in a remote US setting. You will own API integration architecture, CRM/ERP integrations, and CCaaS scripting, guiding complex configurations from discovery through production delivery.

You will run strategic workshops, platform health checks, and technical consultations, reporting findings to senior stakeholders and ensuring successful outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on technical work in CCaaS post‑sales, professional services, or solutions engineering with integration design and delivery.
• Experience with CRM/ERP integrations and API orchestration in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to discuss data models, failure modes, retry logic, and architectural trade‑offs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a pull‑in specialist for TSMs on complex configurations, API integration architecture, or platform optimization.
• Lead focused discovery sessions, configuration reviews, and design workshops with actionable findings.
• Assess deployment health against business requirements and identify gaps or risks in RingCentral environments.
• Provide technical consultation on API reviews, CRM/ERP integration patterns, and platform scripting.
• Present technical findings to technical leads and senior business stakeholders.
