Job summary

OAG in Chicago seeks a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to bridge between customers and product. You will lead technical discovery, guide enterprise integrations, and shape the API/data roadmap, engaging with senior technical buyers worldwide.

You’ll own end-to-end proof-of-concept work, review architectures, and build credibility with CTOs and engineering leads while coordinating with product teams to translate field signals into strategy. Flexible remote/office options offered.

Qualifications

Proven track record in technical pre-sales at enterprise scale.
Fluency with data APIs, integration architecture, and data pipelines.
Experience leading proof-of-concept workstreams end-to-end.
Ability to converse with CTOs and engineering leads with credibility.
Experience collaborating with product teams to shape roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and qualification for enterprise opportunities worldwide.
Design and run end-to-end proof-of-concept projects.
Advise on API architecture and data integration.
Act as primary technical authority across API and developer ecosystem.
Support commercial teams with technical market signals and field feedback loops.
Identify and facilitate customer developer partnerships and CTO-level engagements.
Coach colleagues on technical topics to improve conversations.
