Job summary

OAG is seeking a senior technical contributor to translate Digital strategy into an executable technical roadmap. You will shape platform identity, auth, entitlements, and the AI-powered insights layer, while ensuring security, reliability and cost targets across teams.

The role is hands-on, with design reviews and mentoring responsibilities, while staying close to code and delivering high-impact features that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering production-grade software across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to influence engineers outside direct control and align on common architecture.
• Strong track record in scalable data platforms and cost-conscious design.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the technical strategy for the Digital platform.
• Set standards for AI/ML features, data provenance, and cost control.
• Review designs and code, mentor engineers, and ensure consistent delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and external vendors.
• Integrate AI models and data pipelines on Databricks and Snowflake.
